God is turning situations around for your benefit. He is taking action to bring forth His intent. When God's favor comes, it changes things! Favor is God's grace in power that can bring change to what may seem impossible.

Faith places greater trust in the promises of the Lord than in the circumstances of life.

Believe in what God has proclaimed more than what your circumstances are telling you.

Trusting in God's promises is the most fundamental and essential way for a believer to consciously glorify and honor the Lord. When you place your faith in the promises that God has made in His word, you are affirming your trust in His perfect character and abilities. By believing that He will do exactly what He has said, you are recognizing God's absolute power and authority - His unmatched ability to fulfill every word that proceeds from His mouth. In doing so, you also acknowledge His unwavering willingness to keep His commitments and carry out His plans, no matter the cost.

After all, the God of the Bible is not a man that He should lie or change His mind. His promises are yea and amen - steadfast, reliable, and completely trustworthy. Furthermore, by relying on God's promises, you demonstrate your faith in His infinite wisdom and understanding. You believe that He knows exactly how and when to bring about what He has declared, in the perfect way and timing. Trusting in God's promises, then, is an act of worship that glorifies His character in multiple ways - His power, His integrity, and His sovereignty. It is a declaration that you believe God to be exactly who He says He is, and that you are fully confident in His ability to do all that He has promised, no matter how impossible it may seem from a human perspective. This kind of wholehearted trust is the foundation for a life that truly honors and exalts the Lord
