Established by His Presence
How God Is Transforming Lives Through the Word and the Spirit
by Keith & Janet Miller
Hello Precious Partners,
Janet and I are so grateful to the Lord for all He is doing in the lives of our wonderful partners and for all that He is continuing to do through this ministry. With hearts full of gratitude, we want to acknowledge the goodness and faithfulness of the Lord for all that is taking place through every ministry outlet. We continue to be about His work, seeing His Presence, His power, and the revelation of His Word bring powerful impact into people’s lives for His Glory.
Our ministry flows from both the Word and the Spirit. We believe deeply in the power of the proclamation of the Word of God as well as the power of the Holy Spirit. This is the foundation of everything we do. While we study and teach the written Word, we also seek the rhema — the living, revealed Word of God — so that what is ministered carries divine authority.
The authority of the Word is not found in eloquence or presentation, but in the anointing that backs it. And the anointing is not merely a feeling; it is the active, manifest Presence of the Holy Spirit bringing transformation, healing, and power into people’s lives.
Recently, at one of our ministry schools, people traveled from many different places hungry for more of God. During the impartation service, the Presence of the Lord moved powerfully. Lives were touched, people were activated, and many were equipped not only for personal breakthrough, but also to go forth and minister in that same anointing.
We have stepped into a season where we are not only ministering but also training and equipping the Body of Christ. While we have had the privilege of speaking to thousands, our focus is also on multiplication — raising up believers in every sphere of life to carry the Word and the anointing wherever God has placed them.
We are equipping people in the marketplace, in ministry, and in everyday life to move in both the Word and the Spirit. This is revival in action.
Through both in-person and online schools, we are equipping individuals and reaching nations. We believe this work is producing not only immediate impact, but also lasting generational fruit.
And precious partners, you are a vital part of all of this. Your prayers, your faithfulness, and your generosity help us be about His Work! Thank you so very much for standing with us.
I want to share with you today from Isaiah 33:5–6. Let your heart rest in this unshakable truth: God Himself is our stability. He is our source of salvation, wisdom, knowledge, righteousness, and strength in every season of life.
“The Lord is exalted, for He dwells on high; He has filled Zion with justice and righteousness.
Wisdom and knowledge will be the stability of your times, And the strength of salvation; The fear of the Lord is His treasure.” Isaiah 33:5–6
These verses arrive like refreshing strength for weary souls. They remind us that when life feels uncertain, the Lord remains steady. He is not distant from our struggles, nor unaware of our needs. He reigns above all, sees clearly, and provides generously for His people.
Isaiah first lifts our eyes to the Lord Himself. Before looking at the troubles around us, we are called to look upward. When our gaze settles on the Lord, our hearts begin to settle too. Racing thoughts quiet down. Fear loosens its grip. Hope begins to rise again.
The stability we long for does not come from perfect plans, strong willpower, or carefully managed schedules. True stability comes from knowing our precious Father God, trusting His ways, and receiving the gifts He gives. Wisdom and knowledge are not merely ideas; they are His steadying hand guiding us through real life — through decisions, hardships, relationships, and unknown futures.
The Lord fills His people with righteousness and justice. He is not a God of confusion or disorder. Under His rule, what is right becomes clear and what is broken can be restored. His ways bring peace to homes, integrity to work, truth to speech, and strength to weary hearts.
Isaiah also reminds us that the Lord provides abundant salvation. His rescue is not thin or temporary. He supplies grace for every season and strength for every burden. Whether we are facing uncertainty, walking through grief, or simply trying to remain faithful in ordinary days, salvation in Jesus Christ our Lord is more than sufficient.
And at the center of it all is “the fear of the Lord” — not terror, but holy awe. It is a deep reverence that treasures God above everything else. When we give Him first place in our hearts, lesser fears begin to lose their power. Reverence steadies us. It shapes our choices, guards our hearts, and teaches us to walk faithfully even in difficult times.
Once in a vision, I saw by the Spirit of the Lord what it looks like in the realm of the Spirit when the Glory comes into a meeting. I was amazed because it was not like a heavy fog entering the room. Instead, it was rolling billows of His Presence — wave after wave of His Glory flowing through the atmosphere. The movement of His Presence was beyond words. His Glory moved throughout the place touching hearts, restoring lives, and forever changing those who encountered Him.
That Glory moment deeply marked my life because it created within me a profound gratitude and appreciation for His Presence. The incredible movement of His Glory flowing over each life brings transformation in such a mighty and personal way.
The reason I share this with you is because as I write this letter, this keeps rising in my heart for you right now. I sense the Lord desiring to release a freshness of His Presence over you and your household — all that He is and all that He has for you in this very hour.
May you know the overflowing Presence of His goodness, and may your home be filled with the billows of His Presence as wave after wave of His Glory flows over your life. May you receive a fresh anointing of refreshing, strengthening, inspiration, wisdom, stability, and fearlessness through the greatness of His love and grace toward you.
As I am writing this, there is both a holy boldness and a deep gratitude flowing in my heart. It is difficult to fully express the joy and love I sense from the Lord toward you. Your faithfulness in giving into His work brings Him great joy.
Philippians 4:18 describes it beautifully: “A sweet-smelling aroma, an acceptable sacrifice, well pleasing to God.”
That is exactly what I sense the Lord wants conveyed to you. Yet words alone cannot adequately express the fullness of His pleasure concerning your faithfulness and love toward His work. Heaven sees your obedience. Heaven sees your sacrifice. Heaven sees your generosity. And the Lord is deeply pleased.
There is also a passage that keeps rising in my spirit for you as I write:
Ephesians 3:19 (Amplified Bible, Classic Edition) “[That you may really come] to know [practically, through experience for yourselves] the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge [without experience]; that you may be filled [through all your being] unto all the fullness of God [may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself]!”
That is my prayer for you today — that you would know beyond words and beyond mere understanding the overwhelming fullness of His Presence. May waves of His Glory flow through your life and household in a mighty way. May His Presence flood every weary place with peace, strength, healing, joy, and divine assurance.
As I have shared with you before, I pray boldly and with great expectation for you to know and enjoy extreme favor from the Father for such a time as this. May this favor rest upon your life and extend to your family, your work, your ministry, your health, your finances, your decisions, your dreams, and your divine destiny in Him.
May the Lord release a powerful anointing of multiplication upon your gift. May He bless it, multiply it, and bring forth a great harvest — not only in the natural, but also in the things of the Spirit and in the Glory of His Presence.
So today, let this passage become personal:
Where do you need stability?
Where do you need wisdom?
Where do you need saving strength?
Where do you need peace for your troubled heart?
Bring those places before the Lord. He is not distant. He is near. He is not depleted. He is abundant in mercy, wisdom, strength, and overflowing love.
When we give HIM the highest place in our hearts, He gives us the stability our souls are longing for. Keep Him high in your thoughts, near in your heart, and first in your daily walk.
As you do, you will find your fears quiet, your steps strengthened, and your life steadied by His faithful Presence.
We love you and are so incredibly grateful to the Lord for you.
With love and gratitude,
Keith & Janet
